We offer a selection of practical guides, such as the "Mini Umrah Guide" and the "Mini Hajj". These guides are designed to facilitate preparation and enhance your pilgrimage experience.

What are the delivery times for my orders?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with information on shipping and tracking of your package.

Do you offer returns?

Returns: coming soon. The self-service returns system will be activated shortly with clear conditions (deadlines, fees, exclusions). In case of a damaged or lost package, contact infosHajjOmra@gmail.com within 7 days with photos

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

We do not currently have a discount program for bulk purchases.
